Railway Hopper Wagons Limestone Hopper Car Movable Roof 70 Tons Load
The 70t load limestone hopper car can carry bulk goods such as finished limestone, ore and coal. It has the advantages of rainproof and environmental protection. It is suitable for loading by relying on elevated silos. When unloading, it is suitable for unloading ditches or high stacking platforms with receiving transmission device. It could be unloaded by pneumatic or manually, from two sides or one side.
The 70t load limestone hopper wagon is developed on the basis of KM70 coal hopper car by adding rain proof movable arc top cover and opening and closing mechanism. The main material of the car body is TCS345 stainless steel with yield strength of 345mpa, the bottom door is cold-formed seal, and some accessories of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism are made of polymer nylon.
